The MaxiSense® Plancha Grill is a custom made kitchen accessory that combines beauty and functionality, allowing perfect heat distribution on MaxiSense® induction hobs. The extra-large non-stick surface is perfect for grilling, sautéing or browning with no added fat. With a sturdy base and high quality coating, it's perfectly developed for induction hobs with a 'bridging function' that links two zones to create a larger grilling area. Also suitable for ovens, up to 200°C.
For perfect griddle cooking, giving the food a crusty smokey sear, while keeping it succulent on the inside.
