Returns

You have 14 days to return an item if you are not satisfied with it. The 14-day period starts from the time the item is delivered.

You will need to pay for the return postage unless the item is defective.

Return the item in its original packaging (including any documentation sent) along with the original delivery note or order number.

It is advisable to return the package using registered/recorded delivery. Having received the item back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your payment within 30 days. The returns address is:
