With your UltraMix stand mixer, you can also create different types of dough to make a variety of noodles such as buckwheat dough for soba noodles.

Made in Italy, the spaghetti cutter is constructed from food-grade lightweight aluminium alloy that has been anodised for durability. Outer housing is sleek chromed steel. Unique resin combs prevent pasta from sticking and keep rollers clean.

The spaghetti cutter has a K-attachment hub for quick and easy attachment to your UltraMix stand mixer. Simply fit into the attachment hub on the front of your UltraMix mixer and you are ready to get started.
